We’re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead our clients Planned Works Division, delivering external refurbishment projects across their domestic, social housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planned works programmes
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Lead on compliance, H&S, and reporting
About You:
- Strong background in planned works - K&B, externals, FRA works
- Proven contract management experience in social housing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- IT skills, competent in MS packages
