We’re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead our clients Planned Works Division, delivering external refurbishment projects across their domestic, social housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planned works programmes
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Lead on compliance, H&S, and reporting

About You:

  • Strong background in planned works - K&B, externals, FRA works
  • Proven contract management experience in social housing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • IT skills, competent in MS packages
