We are seeking a professional UPVC Door & Window Repair Technician to join a leading landlord managing domestic housing stock across the Epsom area. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term position with excellent career progression. Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs and maintenance on UPVC doors and windows (e.g., broken DGUs, seals, handles, hinges). Complete works via PDA device, accurately recording SOR codes. Ensure safety at work, reporting hazards and accidents. Maintain high-quality standards, completing jobs on the first visit where possible. Keep residents informed throughout the repair process. Maintain clean, well-stocked vehicles and company tools. Handle emergency and routine work orders as needed. Report follow-up jobs to the Repairs Team and update residents. General Duties: Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. Comply with GDPR, health & safety regulations, and safeguarding protocols. Contribute to team performance and meet KPIs.
