Role:
- Leading projects from start to finish – from feasibility studies through to handover.
- Managing costs, procurement, financial reporting, and final accounts with precision.
- Preparing proposals, technical submittals, and RFIs while supporting CAD development.
- Collaborating with estimating, commercial, and contracts teams to keep delivery smooth and efficient.
- Representing the business at client, design, and progress meetings.
- Tracking KPIs and ensuring reporting deadlines are always met.
- Championing Health Safety across every site.
- Leading and motivating site teams and subcontractors.
- Owning project budgets and driving financial success.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in M E Building Services.
- Proven success delivering projects from £500k to £4m.
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
- IT-savvy with excellent organisational ability.
- Relevant Mechanical / Building Services qualifications and certifications.
- Sector Experience ideal: High-End Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Refurbishment, Fit-Out.
