Are you a skilled Electrician looking to join an established domestic property maintenance company covering a localised area with their own housing stock? Multiple Positions Available. Electricians required immediately to join a respected Housing Association to cover their domestic housing stock in the Redhill and Reigate area. A good working experience in Repairs and Maintenance would be ideal.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition and 2391 qualification
- Knowledge of Wiring Regulations BS7671
- Electrical experience in a domestic and social housing environment
- A full valid U.K driving license with no more than 6 points
- Good verbal and written communication
- 2 work references will be required.
