Our client, a well established family run business with long term contracts across domestic, social housing and commercial works, are seeking an experienced Window Fitter for a mobile role covering Croydon, Sutton, Merton and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Repair and installation of uPVC windows and doors, hinges, locks and handles.
- Ensuring all installations are completed to a high standard.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and building codes.
- Use power tools effectively and safely to complete tasks.
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience on window/door installation.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to glazing work.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to glazing.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
