Duties for the position of Complex Works Team Leader in Oxfordshire include: Assess the requirements and coordinate a rapid response to damp and mould reports and repairs raised by the client.

Schedule, deliver and manage damp and mould repairs in collaboration with the client teams.

Manage works and onsite activities ensuring compliance to all Health and Safety requirements including CDM 2015.

Ensure adherence to health and safety obligations.

Coordinate property condition surveys and raise repairs following reports from residents and the wider client teams.
