PEST CONTROL SURVEYOR JOB OPPORTUNITY
Graham Pest Control have a rare opportunity for a Pest Control Surveyor to join our sales team.
We are Scotland’s largest independent pest control firm based in the heart of Scotland with technician’s located across the country. We are a family-run business and believe in a Responsive, Professional, Passionate and Caring approach when dealing with our valued customers.
We’re looking for a suitable candidate with experience in pest control to carry out customer site surveys assigned to you and provide recommendations and quotations for our service.
Current surveying experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given on the surveying role within our business.
This role may be suited to a pest control technician looking to further their career in the pest control industry.
What is involved in a pest control surveying role:
Managing customer enquiries in your surveying area.
Being a first point of contact for customers that have approached us looking to use our service.
Identifying pest activity at a variety of sites.
Using our CRM system to produce and send survey reports to customers.
Liaising with the service and office teams to arrange carrying out work which you have initially surveyed.
Building good relationships with our client base.
Carrying out after-sales care and ensure customers were happy with the service provided.
Working as a team with fellow surveyors, service teams and office teams within Graham Pest Control.
We offer:
£30,000 base salary + commission paid on all converted surveys.
32 annual leave days + your birthday off if it falls on a weekday.
