  • Drive Sustainability Initiatives: Measure and enhance our environmental performance against the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

  • Collaborate Actively: Participate in the GRAHAM CSR Working Groups and work closely with clients to develop and implement sustainability plans from inception to delivery.

  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee compliance with sustainability standards such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL, and liaise with assessors.

  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer advice on project sustainability plans and innovative energy and carbon reduction schemes.

  • Supplier Engagement: Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to identify the best sustainability solutions.

  • Support Projects: Ensure regional projects meet sustainability compliance through site visits and ongoing support.

  • Assist Bid Team: Contribute to tender reviews and bid responses.

  • Other Duties: Perform any other relevant tasks as required.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage workload effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in a similar role or technical expertise in relevant disciplines.

  • Sound commercial knowledge.

  • Full UK driver’s license and access to own vehicle

  • BREEAM/WELL AP or SSM certification.

  • Certified Passivhaus Consultant.
