We are looking for a highly motivated and IT-literate Candidate Resourcer to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the recruitment process across the business, helping to identify, attract, and engage top talent. You will be hands-on in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and other channels
  • Review CVs and applications to identify candidates aligned to hiring manager requirements
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, experience, and motivation
  • Confidently discuss salary/package expectations and candidate availability
  • Support multiple live vacancies across different business areas
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling via Microsoft Teams and arranging logistics
  • Provide candidates with interview guidance and ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate records using our ATS systems and Excel trackers
  • Assist with drafting and posting job adverts
  • Work from hiring manager briefs and support in refining requirements where needed

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident engaging with candidates and building relationships
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and vacancies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload effectively
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive information such as salary expectations
