About the Role
As a Construction Manager / Project Manager, you\’ll lead the successful delivery of major projects in sectors such as Build to Rent (BTR), student accommodation, and education. Your expertise will ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, while driving innovation and best practices on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
Manage stakeholder relationships, keeping clients and teams aligned.
Develop & implement project plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues proactively.
Promote safety, quality, and innovation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
