Role Overview
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for commercial, contractual, and financial management? GRAHAM is seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to join our Building division in Northern Ireland. This senior role is crucial for driving our commercial success and ensuring transparency and accuracy in operations.
As a Commercial Manager at GRAHAM, you will lead core commercial, contractual, and quantity surveying processes. Your responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on significant commercial and contractual issues, assisting in risk assessment, maximising cash flow, preparing compensation events or claims, negotiating terms with clients and suppliers, and building stakeholder relationships.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with strong commercial leadership skills, experience with NEC/JCT contracts, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage and motivate teams across projects. A professional qualification such as MRICS or MCICES is advantageous.
