Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for commercial, contractual, and financial management? GRAHAM is searching for a dynamic Commercial Manager to join our Building division in Northern Ireland. This senior role is crucial in driving our commercial success and ensuring transparency and accuracy in all our operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement core commercial, contractual, and quantity surveying processes.
- Monitor and report on significant commercial and contractual issues, assisting in risk assessment and maximising cash flow.
- Prepare compensation events or claims, negotiate commercial terms with clients and suppliers, and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Provide commercial leadership across various projects and support teams as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong commercial leadership with a track record in NEC/JCT contracts; excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to manage and motivate a team.
