We are seeking an experienced Cleaner, who will deliver high standards on our busy construction site, ensuring site offices and welfare units are clean, neat, and tidy.
You will be self-motivated and will have the ability to work with minimal supervision, using your own initiative. Knowledge of health and safety requirements and previous practical experience in a cleaning role are essential.
This is initially a 12month Fixed term contract, with the potential to extend.
Flexible part time hours are available – Minimum 12hours p/w, increasing as construction work progresses.
- Maintain cleanliness of site offices and welfare units by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces regularly.
- Ensure litter and waste is disposed of correctly.
- Clean all sanitary facilities.
- Restock supplies such as toilet rolls, soap, and hand towels.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues
