Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Hours Per Week: Mon-Fri, 40 hours
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Labourer will be responsible for:
- Performing a variety of general labouring tasks as required.
- Completing planned and reactive works within agreed timeframes and to a high standard, ensuring full compliance with current regulations and client specifications.
- Working as part of a project team or reactive maintenance team, undertaking minor maintenance tasks under the direction of a site supervisor or Helpdesk, and working independently when required.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed within set deadlines to achieve practical completion as scheduled.
- Carrying out a range of maintenance and repair activities, including the installation of building fabric fixtures and fittings.
- Managing and replenishing stock for the local site.
- Transporting materials between sites and local suppliers.
- Supporting site waste management activities.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, following best working practices at all times.
- Conducting patching and painting work as required.
- Supporting general site welfare duties.
- Working comfortably and safely at height.
