About The Role

At GRAHAM, we are seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to help create a hassle-free environment for our clients and engineers. We are committed to investing in our people and creating the conditions for them to excel.

Location: Warwickshire / Leamington Spa

Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday 40 Hours

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

The Building Maintenance Engineer will:

  • Be suitably experienced to perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems and electrical systems including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, general electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of all mechanical plant equipment and systems, including: FCUs, AHUs, Calorifiers, ASHP, Heat exchangers, Pumps, and motors.
  • Maintain the above equipment in line with contract specifications and industry guidelines whilst complying with company health and safety policies.
  • Be confident in using building management systems (BMS) to understand the performance of the HVAC equipment, identify faults and rectify.
  • Work as part of a team responsible for the maintenance of various sites.
  • Act as the lead coordinator on site as necessary.
  • Have the ability to meet with a variety of Clients to represent the Company and remain courteous and professional in your dealings at all times.
  • Accurately complete and timely submit company documentation (Hard copy or electronic) as required per contract.
  • Use their own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with minor works activities, including sourcing parts.
