About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Division and support the delivery of a major student accommodation development in Bath. This role requires strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to manage and deliver successful building projects.

You will lead on cost control, value recovery, and commercial reporting, while developing positive relationships with our supply chain and subcontractors. A solid understanding of NEC and JCT contract administration is essential.
