An exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal IT Trainer to join a small law firm in Central London, as the sole Trainer. Your role will encompass training across the firm including technology and other operational aspects of the business, working with the IT, Knowledge and HR teams to design and implement a high class training programme.
Your remit will include:
- Prepare and create training materials
- Carry out training administration
- Deliver new joiner induction and ongoing user training using a variety of methods
- Implement structured training feedback in order to continuously improve the training model
- Carry out training needs through liaising with stakeholders, floor walking and reviewing service desk tickets
To apply, you will need to have 2 years + experience working as a Trainer in a law firm with experience training MS O365, iManage, Aderant and Knowledge related training using a variety of methods. The firm would like to expand their E-learning platform so you will be involved in developing E-learning and AI development and adoption.
