A growing Software and Services company based in Chelmsford are looking to expand their team by recruiting an experienced, customer focussed Helpdesk Analyst. You will log customers' queries and then troubleshoot the issue and provide a resolution on the company's various bespoke software solutions which have been developed for lawyers, accountants and other professional services.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working on a Helpdesk supporting MS Office applications with a focus on supporting MS Word based applications, remote access and have a good understanding of networking and PC hardware enabling you to troubleshoot issues. You will need excellent customer service skills allowing you to provide the customer with a great user experience.
Being a small company, they are looking for a team player who is happy to muck in with other areas of IT such as QA, training, development if and when required. They are looking for someone to be based in the office 4 or 5 days a week in order to develop a good team working culture and share knowledge but there is some flexibility.
