A growing Software and Services company is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join their Chelmsford team. You will log customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions for bespoke software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have proven helpdesk experience supporting MS Office, an understanding of networking, and excellent customer service skills.
