Join the IT Team of this US led law firm\’s London Office as an Audio-Visual Co-ordinator. Working closely with the IT team, you will be the sole AV Co-ordinator with responsibility for organising, coordinating and executing audio visual setups across the London office. You will set-up and monitor videoconferences, many of which are highly sensitive/confidential and require professionalism and commitment to confidentiality. Working with the Global AV team in relation to videoconference matters, issues, and questions as well as with reviewing, recommending, implementing and supporting new technologies. You will provide support and reports to the London Management team. To apply you will need to have proven experience in a similar role and be proficient with setting up, supporting and troubleshooting Zoom, Teams and other online collaboration platforms as well as microphone, speaker and camera settings. You will also manage the firm\’s conference room scheduling system. You need to be confident dealing with all level of users and have strong written and verbal communication skills so you can develop strong relationships with internal and external clients. You will need to be able to work independently, priortise and multi task in this busy environment.
