We are seeking a Multi Skilled ICA Technician to join us to help us create a hassle free environment for our clients and engineers. Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance as well as some minor installations on water, wastewater and network water sites (occasional work outside the main contract may be required).
- Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to.
- Use your own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with reactive maintenance activities, including sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technical support.
- Liaise closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works either working on your own or as part of a team.
Skills and Qualifications
- A recognised Electrical, ICA Craft or Technician apprenticeship
- Full UK Driver’s Licence
- 12 months experience in ICA planned and reactive maintenance activities in the water industry
- 12 months experience in providing call out services
- Experience working around confined spaces
- Registered CSCS/CSR Card (Or equivalent)
