From day one, you will receive full training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and confidence in the role. Your responsibilities will be varied and will include:

• Preparing fresh meat products to high standards of quality and presentation
• Assisting with cutting, trimming, and portioning meat (with training provided)
• Accurately date coding products in line with company and food safety standards
• Carrying out temperature checks to ensure compliance and food safety
• Delivering excellent customer service at the meat counter by serving, advising, and engaging with customers
• Keeping displays well-stocked, attractive, and fresh throughout the day
• Following strict hygiene, cleaning, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting your colleagues and working as part of a close-knit team
