Residential Property Lawyer – Swansea (Full Time) We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Advise clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements. Requirements: Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with at least 3 years’ experience in residential property law. Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures. Excellent client care and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
