- We’re looking for a driven
- Quality Engineer with strong experience in
- APQP and
PPAP to join our growing team.
This is a key role within our quality organisation, supporting new product introduction, supplier development, and continuous improvement across our programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support
APQP activities throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to production.
- Prepare, review, and approve
PPAP documentation , ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Drive root-cause analysis and implement robust corrective actions using tools such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Analyse quality performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Champion best practices in quality engineering and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
About You
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a similarly regulated industry.
- Strong working knowledge of
- APQP ,
PPAP , and other core quality tools.
- Familiarity with AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to quality challenges.
- Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
