This is a broad, commercially focused in-house tax role reporting directly to the Group Head of Tax. The successful candidate will work as part of a small tax team alongside another Tax Manager, with responsibilities that can overlap and flex depending on business priorities and workload. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of tax compliance and reporting across a varied portfolio of direct and indirect tax matters for a predominantly UK-based group with operations in Ireland, while working closely with colleagues across Finance, Payroll, Commercial and Operational teams. It is well suited to a qualified tax professional who enjoys a hands-on role, values collaboration and wants to broaden their experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review statutory financial statement tax provisions and disclosures, and support the external audit process in relation to tax matters.
- Manage UK and Irish corporation tax compliance and related reporting obligations, ensuring submissions and payments are accurate, compliant and made on time.
- Support the preparation and delivery of the Group's R.
