This role is suitable for a graduate or early career candidate, as well as those with some prior experience, who are looking to build a career in tax within an in-house environment. The Tax Assistant will support the Group Head of Tax and Tax Managers in day-to-day tax compliance and advisory activities across the Group's UK and ROI operations. The role offers exposure to a range of tax areas and the opportunity to develop technical and commercial knowledge within a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering and preparing information for VAT returns. Assist in the preparation and review of VAT return workings. Support the review of temporary worker arrangements and related data gathering. Assist in reviewing subcontractor tax pre-qualification questionnaires. Support the preparation of the PSA return.
