GRAHAM is searching for a dynamic Commercial Manager to join our Building division in Northern Ireland.
This senior role is crucial in driving our commercial success and ensuring transparency and accuracy in all our operations.
As a Commercial Manager at GRAHAM, you will lead and implement core commercial, contractual, and quantity surveying processes.
You’ll be the go-to person for monitoring and reporting on significant commercial and contractual issues, assisting in risk assessment, and maximising cash flow.
Your expertise will be key in preparing compensation events or claims, negotiating commercial terms with clients and suppliers, and building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial leadership skill.
