Division: Interior Fit Out
Location: Hillsborough, Northern Ireland with fortnightly UK travel and hybrid working

The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in leading project budgeting, cost control, and procurement. From overseeing contract management (JCT/NEC contracts) to managing subcontractor performance and client relationships, your expertise will drive the delivery of high-value, complex projects from start to finish.

- Expertise in JCT/NEC contracts and cost forecasting.
