What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Showroom Manager with daily operations and smooth running of the store
- Delivering expert advice to customers through personalised consultations and styled product recommendations
- Taking the lead on the shop floor – motivating the team and helping them grow in confidence
- Creating beautiful in-store displays and mood boards that show off our latest designs
- Managing and driving bookings for colour and design consultations
- Standing in for the Manager when needed – keeping things calm, focused and commercially sound
- Getting involved in in-store and local events that bring the brand to life
