- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, are secure, and aligned with technical best practice.
- Lead and work closely with engineering (external), UX, design, and QA to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Optimise end-to-end customer journeys including discovery, inspiration, PDPs, checkout, and post-purchase.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights (user testing, analytics, heatmaps) to inform decisions.
- Analyse site performance metrics and user behaviour to drive enhancements and conversion optimisation.

- Strong understanding of DTC Ecommerce and online retail best practices.
- Experience working in agile / scrum delivery teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical and functional documentation.
- Comfortable working with analytics and data to inform decisions.

- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital merchandising tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with a strong customer focus.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Confident decision-maker who can prioritise ruthlessly.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery focused.
- Passionate about design, interiors, and great digital experiences.
- Familiarity with CMS, PIM, search & merchandising, or personalisation tools would be beneficial.
- Experience in home interiors, lifestyle, fashion, or design-led retail would also be advantageous.
