This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who possesses a passion for interior design and an eye for detail. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of creativity and innovation that Graham & Brown and G&B Home Living are known for, whilst ensuring all our designs are commercial.

  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, etc.).
  • A passion for interior design, trends, and home decor.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the design textile industry.
  • Previous experience in the home décor sector is preferred but not essential.

Benefits:

  • Flexi-time working - because we believe in work-life balance.
  • Hybrid working - option to work remotely for 20% of the week.
  • Your birthday off—because you deserve to celebrate in style!
  • A fantastic discount of up to 60% - perfect for giving your home a makeover.
  • A generous pension scheme (totalling 10%) - because your future matters.
  • Free parking and access to company vehicles for business needs.
  • Regular social events hosted by our Fun Squad - because we know how to work hard and play hard.
