As our Senior Showroom Consultant, you’ll play a vital leadership role in our flagship London showroom. You’ll bring the showroom to life with expert styling, customer engagement, and a passion for colour and design that’s positively contagious. You’ll also support the Showroom Manager, stepping up to lead the team and operations when needed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating with the Showroom Manager to run daily operations and elevate the customer experience
- Curating bespoke design solutions, mood boards, and one-to-one consultations
- Leading by example on the shop floor – coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team
- Managing appointment bookings for design and colour consultations
- Ensuring our brand is represented to perfection through displays and styling
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the development of new team members
- Taking ownership in the Manager’s absence, making confident and commercial decisions
- Hosting community and in-store events that bring the design journey to life
