Job Purpose

As our Product Owner you will take ownership of our core digital platforms and customer journeys across our home interiors Ecommerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for translating business, customer, and brand needs into a clear, prioritised product roadmap that delivers commercial growth, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. Working at the intersection of design, trading, technology, and data, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our websites, tools, and platforms across multiple markets, brands, and product categories. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial instincts, UX sensibility, and technical fluency, and who thrives in a fast-moving, design-led retail environment.

Our Product Owner Will

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and development log for our Ecommerce and supporting digital platforms, leveraging data insights and industry trends.
  • Translate commercial goals, customer insights, and brand strategy into clear product requirements.
  • Partner with Ecommerce trading, marketing, and content teams to support campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, are secure, and aligned with technical best practice.
  • Lead and work closely with engineering (external), UX, design, and QA to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Optimise end-to-end customer journeys including discovery, inspiration, PDPs, checkout, and post-purchase.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights (user testing, analytics, heatmaps) to inform decisions.
  • Analyse site performance metrics and user behaviour to drive enhancements and conversion optimisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within Ecommerce or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of DTC Ecommerce and online retail best practices.
  • Experience working in agile / scrum delivery teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical and functional documentation.
  • Comfortable working with analytics and data to inform decisions.
  • Strong technical expertise in website platforms (BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar).
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital merchandising tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded with a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident decision-maker who can prioritise ruthlessly.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery focused.
  • Passionate about design, interiors, and great digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with CMS, PIM, search & merchandising, or personalisation tools would be beneficial.
  • Experience in home interiors, lifestyle, fashion, or design-led retail would also be advantageous.
