The Role We’re looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Graham & Brown Marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment where no two days are the same. From product launches to market research, brand pitches to sales materials, you’ll help bring our brand to life across a wide range of touchpoints.
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the team in delivering product plans and executing marketing campaigns with precision and flair. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring everything from stock availability to sample books is handled with care and efficiency. Whether you’re updating internal brand rooms, creating impactful brand pitches, or preparing for a trade show, your role as a Marketing Assistant will be vital in ensuring our marketing efforts hit the mark and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the team with general marketing administration
- Supporting the Direct Sales area of the business by ensuring new launches have all relevant digital sales assets and data prior to launch
- Undertaking Market research and Gap Analysis
- Manage sampling, product origination, and approvals using systems like AX, Pimberly and Netsuite
- Clear understanding and knowledge of brand guidelines, seeking approval for artwork, POS, and product assets
- Maintain up-to-date product information across brand room and showrooms
- Help manage stock readiness for launches
- Coordinate marketing support for showrooms, trade shows, events and exhibitions
- Create impactful brand pitches and presentations
- Asset support and creation
- Occasional travel might be required to support trade shows and brand events
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in marketing and interiors is a must
- Ideally educated to A-Level or equivalent
- Creative flair with confidence in creating marketing content
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude
- Strong team player who can build effective internal and external relationships
- Competency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident presenting ideas and materials to a high standard
- Photography skills and experience are desired but not essential
- A full, clean driving license for occasional travel
