Location: Wildflower Way, Belfast

Reporting to: L&D / CSR Manager

Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 37.5 Hours

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

The Social Value Coordinator will:

  • Assist with Social Value Bid Submissions
  • Monitor and report on Social Value outcomes on contracts
  • Assist with the awareness of Social Value requirements within the Division
  • Record Social Value activities on the Company Social Value system, and client-led Social Value systems
  • Work effectively with colleagues to coordinate and support social value commitments
  • Research and assist local employment, apprenticeship, training placement and school engagements opportunities as part of the Social Value Delivery KPI's
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and community groups
  • Work with supply chain partners to develop social value action plans and support the delivery of these on contracts

About You

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrate strong IT/Systems, Administration & Communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Work well within a team and develop strong lasting relationships with third parties / clients

Desirable Criteria:

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Social Value/CSR, the National TOMs, and best practice solutions
