Your Role: As a Multi-Skilled Engineer at GRAHAM, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our client facilities within the North-West region, primarily supporting our contract with Northern Ireland Water. This role will involve managing a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, focusing on gas systems while ensuring top-notch service delivery. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks with a focus on gas systems, minor building fabric repairs, and basic plumbing installations. Documentation: Complete and submit all required documentation accurately and on time, using both hard copy and electronic formats. Resolve complex technical issues related to gas systems and minor works, including sourcing parts and seeking technical support. Health & Safety: Follow strict health and safety guidelines, including conducting risk assessments to ensure safe working practices. Out-of-Hours Cover: Provide out-of-hours support on a rota basis to ensure continuous service availability. About You We are seeking a proactive and experienced Gas Bias Multi-Skilled Engineer who is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and maintaining excellent safety and efficiency standards. Essential Criteria: NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant field. Gas Safe Registered. Minimum of 3 years\’ experience in building maintenance, with a strong focus on gas-related tasks. Current Full UK Driver\’s License. Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card. Mechanical qualifications such as Unvented Systems, Legionella Awareness, etc. Asbestos awareness training. VESLP1 Gas storage vessel connections, controls & safety requirements of up to 0.1m3 single LPG gas supply VESLP2 Gas storage vessel connections, controls & safety requirements more than 0.1m3 multiple LPG gas supply Please note that Applicants will not be expected to meet any (or all) of the desirable criteria to be considered for interview.
