Location: SERC, Lisburn
Hours Per Week: 20 hours (Monday to Friday, 06:30 - 10:30).
Job Type: Part-Time

The Cleaning Operative shall:
- Sweep, suction clean, mop, dry buff, spray clean, spray wax, machine scrub and dry, strip and re-polish floors using appropriate equipment.
- Clean and remove stains of soft floor surfaces (carpets/matting) using the appropriate cleaning method.
- Clean body fluids/solids from time to time using the appropriate cleaning method.
- Clean toilet and shower areas including the fixtures and fittings and replenish toiletries.
- Clean, wash and dust ledges, walls, fixtures, fittings and internal surfaces.
- Polish furniture where appropriate.
- Empty and clean internal litter bins and remove litter to the designated collection points.
- Use and care for any cleaning equipment issued in an appropriate and safe manner.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
- Any other reasonable duties required by the Facilities Manager to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the contract.

About You
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrate previous experience in a similar cleaning role.
- Demonstrate and be able to speak conversational English.
Desirable Criteria:
- BICS qualified.
