We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join us to help create a hassle-free environment for our clients and engineers. Energised by continued growth and boasting an annual turnover in excess of £1bn per annum, we are committed to investing in our people and creating the conditions for them to excel. Nationwide Travel - Based from Redditch, West Midlands

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the delivery of services across our client contracts, ensuring best in class service delivery experience and contract compliance.
  • Achieving revenue targets in existing accounts through effective upselling of surveying, monitoring, remedials and maintenance services.
  • Developing a new business pipeline and delivering sales in line with targets.
  • Operational delivery of existing contracts and the mobilisation/implementation of new contracts and projects.
  • Managing and supporting an established operational team of Supervisors, Consultants/Surveyors, Plumbers, Technicians and Engineers.
  • Providing consultancy services & technical advice to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational, health, safety and environmental policies.
  • Producing reports on all aspects of contract, operational and staff performance.
  • Delivering a consistent and technically compliant service in line with the company’s internal quality management systems.
  • Engaging in business development activities through direct sales within existing and new accounts.
  • Providing technical support to the Marketing and Bid Submission teams.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a water hygiene account/sales manager.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Proven track record in the management of a mobile workforce with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of Account Management and Operational delivery in Water Hygiene.
  • Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and knowledge of competitors and complexities within the market.
  • Sales experience, including upselling and new business.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Project.
