The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of a wide range of projects across our portfolio, including building fabric works, electrical installations, mechanical systems upgrades, refurbishments, compliance projects, asset replacement programmes, and minor capital works, with project values ranging from £25,000 to £3 million.
While the role has an building fabric bias , the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical building services and electrical installations , enabling them to effectively manage multidisciplinary projects from inception through to completion , including feasibility, design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and project close-out.
The role will also require the management and coordination of design reviews both internally and with clients , ensuring that project solutions are technically compliant, commercially viable, and aligned with client requirements prior to construction works commencing.
