At GRAHAM, we are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help create a hassle-free environment for our clients and engineers. We are committed to investing in our people and creating the conditions for them to excel.
Location: Central Belt Scotland (Mobile)
Hours Per Week: 4 Days Per Week, 16 hours
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
The Maintenance Assistant shall:
- Carry out preventative maintenance on building management equipment.
- Inspect plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately.
- Carry out visual inspections of plant areas.
- Carry out checks of the Building Management System.
- Perform basic water hygiene tasks such as flushing little used outlets and dead legs.
- Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task.
- Liaise closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works.
- Carry out all works within agreed timescales.
- Deal with a variety of Clients on a daily basis, representing the Company courteously and professionally.
Essential Criteria:
- Full Valid UK Drivers License
- Must be able to obtain DBS/PVG
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria:
- CSR Card or equivalent skill card
- Experience of working within a Healthcare Environment
- Professionalism and strong work ethic
- Oral and written communications skills
- IOSH Working Safely
