At GRAHAM, we are looking for a Labourer to join our team. Your varied, but valued, contribution will help us create a hassle-free environment for all.
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Hours Per Week: Mon-Fri, 40 hours
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Labourer will:
- Carry out general labouring duties
- Carry out planned and reactive works as required within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications
- Work either as part of the project team or reactive maintenance teams completing small maintenance tasks under the instruction of a local site supervisor/Helpdesk without local supervision
- Able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled
- Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric fixtures & fittings
- Management & replenishment of local site stock
- Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers
- Sites Waste Management
- Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered
- Patching & Painting
- Overall site welfare duties
- Will be comfortable working at height

Desirable Criteria:
- Current full UK drivers licence
- Having previously engaged with Employment & Skills
- Knowledge of the Trade/Building industry
- Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card
- Ipaf
- First Aid & Manual Handling
- Asbestos Awareness
