Energised by a recent Contract win with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), your role will be to ensure a compliant estate but also to improve the overall performance of the Built Environment under our control. Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

As the Asset Compliance Manager, you will manage and support the delivery of planned, reactive and remedial maintenance compliance and Hard FM asset performance across the RBKC Estate. The role will involve delivering a best-in-class service delivery to our client and managing our in-house and sub-contractor teams' performance to ensure contract compliance and adherence. You will be self-motivated and proactive in your approach to problem solving.

Duties will involve:

  • Managing the performance of planned, reactive and remedial works ensuring that all statutory & mandatory inspections are completed in line with Contract requirements.
  • Managing the asset performance reporting monthly on status across the Estate.
  • Identifying programmes of work and building a lifecycle plan to meet GRAHAM requirements.
  • Supporting GRAHAM and the Contract team with a move to new and innovative maintenance regimes to ensure that the life of our client assets is extended, and performance improved across the built environment.

The Asset Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

  • The development and execution of planned preventive maintenance regime including associated remedial works to ensure compliance with Contract requirements.
  • Management and reporting of PPM, reactive and remedial works in adherence to the contract specification.
  • The management of multi-discipline facilities management work schemes and resources.
  • Line management responsibility for our mobile engineers.
  • Holding regular performance review meetings with both in-house delivery teams and supply chain in the completion of their work.
  • Management of the asset performance including condition rating for all assets under scope.
  • Updating of asset information to ensure compliance with both Contract and GRAHAM requirements.
  • Supporting with the generation of lifecycle programmes of work.
  • Representing Graham Facilities Management in a professional manner.
  • Having a proactive attitude to the delivery of contract services and client-focused activities.
  • Preparing KPI and operational reports for internal, supply chain and client meetings.
  • Liaising with client management and site representatives.
  • Implementation of relevant contract QA procedures and Graham Health and Safety policy.
  • Taking part in the Management out of hours escalation for nights/weekends/holiday periods.
  • The completion of audits covering planned & reactive maintenance.
  • Holding regular review meetings with our Client relating to Contract performance.

About You

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold a relevant engineering qualification.
  • Demonstrate exceptional performance in a previous facilities management role.
  • Minimum of three years experience within a similar Facilities Management role.
  • Possess technical knowledge on a wide variety of building services and M&E disciplines.
  • IT literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Clean driving licence.

Desirable Criteria:

  • 3rd level qualification within the building environment.
  • Associate member of a professional body.
  • Experience of using bespoke CAFM or business management software.
