Step Into a Leadership Role in London – Become a Senior Showroom Consultant

Location: Graham & Brown Showroom, Chelsea, London

Hours: Part-time (24 hours - 3 x 8 hour shifts) | Creative leadership with a colour twist | Requirement for flexibility across all days including weekends

Salary: £17,709 rising to £18,157 per annum, plus bonus

As our Senior Showroom Consultant, you’ll play a vital leadership role in our flagship London showroom. You’ll bring the showroom to life with expert styling, customer engagement, and a passion for colour and design that’s positively contagious. You’ll also support the Showroom Manager, stepping up to lead the team and operations when needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the Showroom Manager to run daily operations and elevate the customer experience
  • Curating bespoke design solutions, mood boards, and one-to-one consultations
  • Leading by example on the shop floor – coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team
  • Managing appointment bookings for design and colour consultations
  • Ensuring our brand is represented to perfection through displays and styling
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the development of new team members
  • Taking ownership in the Manager’s absence, making confident and commercial decisions
  • Hosting community and in-store events that bring the design journey to life
Qualifications:
  • A natural leader with previous premium retail experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity
  • A desire to sell our beautiful products and create loving homes
  • An interior design qualification
  • Visual merchandising pro with strong creative judgment
  • Confident advising customers on style, colour, and finishing touches
  • A brilliant communicator who builds rapport easily
  • Cool under pressure, organised, and energised by a fast-paced, design-led environment
  • Passionate about creating not just beautiful spaces—but unforgettable experiences
