We are now looking for a talented and innovative Designer to join our dynamic team. As our Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and creating unique designs for our extensive range of wallpapers and murals across both companies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure that our products reflect current design trends and meet customer expectations. You will create designs either by hand or using CAD, having the ability to edit all artwork into finished, in repeat designs. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who possesses a passion for interior design and an eye for detail. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of creativity and innovation that Graham & Brown and G&B Home Living is known for, whilst ensuring all our designs are commercial.
What we are looking for in our Designer:
- A relevant degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and previous design work.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, etc.).
- A passion for interior design, trends, and home decor.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the design textile industry.
- Previous experience in the home décor sector is preferred but not essential.
