Our client is an internationally recognised brand within the commercial interiors sector, known for its longstanding heritage, innovation, and design excellence. Headquartered in Italy, the business enjoys a significant global presence, supported by a network of flagship showrooms and offices across Europe.

We are looking for a Business Development / Specification Executive to support London based client growth. This is a commercially focused, relationship-driven role, where you will influence specification decisions and position premium products within key London based projects. You will engage closely with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and investors, becoming a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and monitor key projects within your area, engaging all relevant stakeholders involved in the buying and specification process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and investors
  • Actively promote the brand and product portfolio within the design and construction community
  • Support new business scoping and pitching, contributing to profitable sales growth
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including industry fairs, exhibitions, and sector events
  • Collect and share market and project intelligence, including key success factors and sector trends
