Supply Chain Lead | High-Growth Consumer Brand | London (Hybrid)
A rapidly scaling consumer brand, recently acquired by a global group, is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to transform its supply chain function. This is a strategically important and senior role, offering clear progression into the leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a sophisticated, system-driven supply chain to support international growth and operational excellence.
You will take full ownership of global supply planning across core product categories, lead supplier relationships, and deliver strategic initiatives that enhance resilience, reduce costs, and optimise working capital. This role involves close collaboration with Demand Planning, Procurement, NPD, Finance, and Fulfilment, and includes direct line management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global supply planning and inventory management across multiple markets
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Oversee production scheduling, PO creation, and supply performance tracking
- Deliver strategic projects including ERP implementation, supplier diversification, and cost optimisation
- Monitor and report key KPIs (DOH, OTIF, Obsolescence %, etc.) to senior leadership
- Drive cross-functional initiatives including NPD launches and supply resilience programmes
- Manage and develop team members, shaping future structure and capability
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a high-calibre individual who can lead with clarity and drive the vision for supply chain excellence. The ideal candidate will :
- Have 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, ideally within FMCG, beauty, or personal care
- Show proven expertise in supply planning, inventory control, and supplier management
- Demonstrate strong analytical and modelling skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Have strong understanding of ERP systems and a track record of process optimisation
- Be hard-working, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Be a confident leader with experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Be capable of defining and delivering operational excellence across supply chain functions
