Senior Recruiter – Recruiter Lead Salary: £70- 90k + plus impressive performance bonus Remote/ hybrid as you might need to go into a hub office in London Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a great, global fintech business to recruit a Senior Recruiter. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in a growth and success of the business. You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, working with hiring managers to drive, refine and continually improve the recruitment process. The Role: Some of your responsibilities as a Senior Recruiter are listed below: · Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. · Partner with hiring managers, to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies. · You will work with stakeholders across the business and around the world, filling roles from mid-level to senior, reporting to the CEO. · Proactively identify and engage with top talent through various sourcing channels. · Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. · Define and maintain SLAs / KPIs on. · Holding high standards on grading quality, interview quality, process speed – ultimately, hiring excellence. · Maintain and improve recruitment processes to support the company's rapid growth. THE CANDIDATE: · Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the fintech or tech industry. · Recruited and closed A+ level talent · Strong ability to source and attract talent using various tools and platforms. · Excellent communication skills. · Been through at least 1 startup / scale up; ideally Series A – D · Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment. · Passion for building diverse and high-performance team. · Self-motivated and a self-starter, accountable and consultative.
