Senior Procurement Manager – Food Solutions Location: Hybrid (UK) – 2 days home / 3 days office or travel Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 DOE + benefits Sector: Food Retail, Wholesale & Distribution We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join the Food Solutions team of a well-established and fast-paced food retail, wholesale, and distribution company. In this high-profile role, you will take ownership of a key category group, and lead a team of 3 procurement professionals. You will drive sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and commodity buying, ensuring all sourcing meets cost, quality, sustainability, and responsible sourcing targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced food procurement leader who thrives in a hands-on, commercially focused, and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead supplier and commodity buying strategies across food service and food-to-go categories. Manage key supplier and buying group relationships, driving value and securing long-term partnerships. Oversee supplier negotiations, contract management, and income forecasting. Lead and develop a team of 3 procurement professionals. Collaborate closely with Trading, Product Development, Technical, Supply Chain, and other key functions.
