Project Administrator \\n\\nInverness area\\n\\n£19-£23 per hour – 38 hours per week\\n\\n3-year contract starting in November 2025\\n\\nGrafton Recruitment is partnering with an established company that is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team on a three-year contract basis.\\n\\nAs a Project Administrator, you will provides a wide range of administrative and executive support and facilitates agenda, travel, communications, engagement, and related items.\\n\\nTHE ROLE:\\n\\nSome of your responsibilities as a Project Administrator:\\n\\nYou will work independently on projects.\\nProvide extensive administrative support.\\nYou will act as a point of contact for visitors.\\nCoordination and support of departmental initiatives.\\nExecute all process related tasks & coordination.\\nComplex calendar management and administrative tasks as assigned.\\nScheduling and planning internal and external meetings.\\nEngagement events planning and coordination.\\nAssist in managing expense accounts and budgets.\\nExperience with document control.\\nResponsible for tracking and ordering consumables for office and warehouse.\\nCreation of the Purchase Request and the Good receipt.\\nScheduling of Site inductions and issuance of Terminal credentials in close coordination with EHS team and Port securityTHE CANDIDATE:\\n\\nYou will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.\\nAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion.\\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\nAble to work to deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency for resolution.\\nBachelor's degree\\nExperience working on complex projects, marine/operations experience preferred. \\n\\nHOW TO APPLY: To be considered for this role, please click on the link provided.
