Order Fulfilment Specialist Hybrid optional Location: Stafford Salary: c.£35,000 (DOE) Hours: Mon-Friday- 37hours per week Grafton Recruitment are working on behalf of a busy, leading business in the Stafford area, who are looking for a pro-active, organised individual for the role of, Order Fulfilment Specialist. The successful candidate will take ownership of timely delivery or orders, ensuring on time payment collections, whilst carrying out administration tasks, dealing with customer orders. The role: Placing and expediting orders for large projects Liasing with supply chain and planning to ensure projects on time Supplier performance management Ensure commercial conditions are maintained Follow-up delivery schedules with manufacturing units, external suppliers and shipping. Control of logistical aspects (documents for export, relationship with forwarders, carriers, customs) Propose and implement improvement actions to optimise the processing of Product orders Interface with manufacturing units, Suppliers and sourcing, and engineering You will need: Ability to liaise with Commercial colleagues and provide feedback regarding customer orders, issues, queries, etc. Strong attention to detail Pro-active and problem-solving attitude. Strong organizational skills.
