We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Talent Search Lead to join a high-performing recruitment team supporting Education clients. This is a key role responsible for end-to-end talent delivery, partnering closely with clients to understand hiring needs and delivering high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, search, and headhunting strategies.
You will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding candidate and client experience, while managing multiple vacancies and building strong talent pipelines in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment delivery across multiple roles within Education accounts, predominantly on a retained or search solution.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and act as a trusted advisor.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience through clear, consistent communication.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting techniques.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Manage interview coordination, feedback, and offer processes efficiently.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet delivery targets and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage assessment centres for volume hires.
- Proven experience in a Talent Delivery, Recruitment, or Resourcing role.
- Strong background in Education and/or Public Sector recruitment.
- Demonstrated expertise in search, sourcing, and headhunting hard-to-find candidates.
- Excellent client and candidate communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
